iam new on this mining thing
a few days ago i downloaded a coin wallet,and need 3 years sync,
if anyways to speed up, because i already sync for 4 days and not yet finish till now

Close your wallet, download a copy from http://cryptochainer.com/dir/ and place it in the (assuming a default install) the corresponding directory under %appdata%, fire up the wallet again and you'll prob only have a few weeks to catch up.
