Sorry if this question has been asked before anywhere, i didn´t find it.

My wallet software is Bitcoin Core 14.1 but I had not much time the last weeks so I am outdated ~3 weeks. I know about the update and what will happen (got my priv keys of course in bitcoin core,...).

My questions are:
 - Can I start my wallet now, or don´t touch it till update ? (I only want to open it, no tx´s)
 - I think bitcoin core won´t support bitcoin cash, but I want to sell it ASAP after the update, so how can I do this ? is there any wallet for BCC ? and where to sell it ?
 - Will the core devs (bitcoin core) support the chain with segwit, they were against it weren´t they ? (not sure about this), so what wallet to use after update for the original chain ?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Yes. There is absolutely zero risk with using Bitcoin as of now. It is not called update, its just a fork. The only risk I can see as of the fork is that the replay attack can occur which Bitcoin Cash has protection against.
- Will the core devs (bitcoin core) support the chain with segwit, they were against it weren´t they ? (not sure about this), so what wallet to use after update for the original chain ?
They were for segwit, not against. You can honestly just use any version above 0.13.1 if you want to use segwit. Most version above 0.12.0 should be fine, if you do not wish to use segwit.
