Indeed. We need more details for bounty participants. Also the verification does not go through, I'm always having the "request timeout" error message - I've been long waiting for an answer from Atlant support

To receive bounty onwards December you have to pass both KYC and whitelisting. Whitelisting will cost 1 ETH. So i guess the fixed the bounty dumping problem. Really Shady

Why this has been posted 5 days before the month end
Does Atlant team has send email to all the bounty participants regarding KYC?

if not, then there must be atleast 15 days timeframe to do kyc. and as per report most of the members KYC getting rejected even after providing proper details.
This issue should get solved, and the December bounty should get distributed without any KYC

Quoting the post published on September 4 across all our official social media channels:

The ATLANT team has announced that KYC registrations for the ATLANT platform will begin next month (October 2018). Just one KYC registration will be needed for the entire ATLANT ecosystem.
ATLANT community members are encouraged to monitor announcements closely, to be sure that they don’t miss the opportunity to register, and to pass the KYC process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Passing KYC registration will also be required to receive ongoing bounty program payments from ATLANT’s 2017 bounty program.

KYC (Know Your Customer) registration is required by law in most financial institutions, and many crypto users are already familiar with the process from registering on trading exchanges and other types of blockchain based platforms. ATLANT KYC registration entails providing proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds information.
KYC Registration Required to Receive ATLANT Member Benefits

Any community members who intend to receive any of ATLANT’s various member benefits will need to complete the KYC registration process and also run a node prior to become eligible, as described in the ATLANT white paper.
ATLANT platform benefits can include:
- Receiving listing fees for tokenized properties.
- Receiving commissions for P2P rentals.
- Receiving P2P rental arbitration fees, for work as an arbiter.

Additional details and requirements related to running an ATLANT node will be announced separately.
KYC Registration Required to Buy, Sell and Trade ATLANT Property Tokens
KYC registration will also be required to participate in buying, selling and trading of property tokens on the ATLANT platform.
Please note that most jurisdictions also have requirements for eligibility in order to buy, sell and trade security tokens that go beyond basic KYC registration. Property tokens for properties listed on the ATLANT platform are security tokens (securities), and will be subject to these additional requirements in all applicable jurisdictions.
Please note also that these additional requirements do not apply to the ATLANT (ATL) token, which is a utility token which acts as a membership certificate, as described in the ATLANT white paper.

True, and yet they have to pass the same KYC for investors, this is purely a way to avoid further distribution of bounty.
I haven't seen anyone here who can confirm that they pass the KYC and even if pass, they are now obliged to pay 1 ETH to enjoy the bounty.

Dear Bounty participants,

Registration, or whitelisting of Ethereum address(es) on https://trade.atlant.io, in addition to KYC registration, will be required in order to withdraw security tokens / property tokens from the ATLANT Platform.

Both KYC/AML and Ethereum address whitelisting registration are required in order to be fully compliant with applicable regulations, and is consistent with security token functionality. It is also required for the following:

- Withdrawing ATLANT Property Tokens to own wallet
- Benefiting from running a node on the ATLANT Network
- Continuing to participate in ATLANT bounty distribution, Dec, 2018 onwards (provided original ETH Bounty address is whitelisted)

In order to get your Ethereum address whitelisted, please go to the KYC section of https://trade.atlant.io and follow instructions provided. Whitelisting addresses on the blockchain is a quick and fully automated process. Ethereum network maintains a public ledger of verified Ethereum addresses which are whitelisted via ATLANT, therefore, any application or entity may check account’s authenticity on ATLANT without revealing further details about the account. Also, please note that fees for whitelisting are per ATLANT fee schedule.

For all questions regarding KYC/AML and ETH whitelisting procedures, please write to help@atlant.io.

If your application on trade.atlant.io was rejected, we would like to remind you to once again check the information you submitted for accuracy – common mistakes are:
- Poor scan quality (Passport, ID, address proof or selfie).
- Address provided is incomplete or invalid – address must match address proof exactly.
- Address proof is invalid – only authentic bank statements, utility bills, or certificates issued by government authorities are accepted.
- Selfie photo is invalid – you must upload a recent picture of yourself holding an ID or Passport and a piece of paper with “atlant.io”, date and your signature written on it.
- ID number entered did not match the ID in the photo.

We urge you to reapply again when your information is consistent with Atlant’s KYC/AML policies.

If we do it next week, we still get paid the December bounty? I'm waiting for new copy of passport in the mail. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow, or in a couple of weeks. Can I still do KYC for December is my application is approved in 2 weeks, or we lose that month?

They should announce more details.

Is there a deadline for the KYC and Whitelisting?
What happen if someone will do the KYC/WHitelisting in January or later? Will he paid? Will he also paid in arrears ?
What will happen with non-distributed bounty tokens? You will burn them or the team will keep them?

Smiley Hi Frogman how are you, maybe it would be great if you could answear to questions in a simple way. Tia.

Question : "- Continuing to participate in ATLANT bounty distribution, Dec, 2018 onwards (provided original ETH Bounty address is whitelisted)" I need some little help with that phrase please. Do i have to provide the same eth addy i have provided for the bounty program as a translator. Tia.

-Yes

Question : "Please explain about getting bounty. After kyc veryfication I must deposit 1 eth to eth addres in my dashboard?"

Tomas Atladmin
-yes, all info is available at https://blog.atlant.io/atlant-releases-helpdesk-and-whitelisting-functionality-5a9a6148b480

Question : "Once we passed the KYC we got to pay 1 eth for fee, outch never seen that, why it is not written in the blog post?"

Tomas Atladmin
-It’s written there, please read thoroughly. Let me remind you that this is not a bounty chat. Thanks.

Question : Where cause I have been reading it few times, do you mean in this phrase => "Also, please note that fees for whitelisting are per ATLANT fee schedule.", not saying that translators or bounty participants have to pay 1 eth to get their payments. I mean you, if i understood the all right, hard to believe that Atlant is going to force people (translators) to pay 1 eth to get what Atlant owe them.

Some clarification is needed, thank you Frogman.

Yes thank you sir for the clarification.
You must understand that it seems strange to have translators, moderators and others pay 1 Eth.
I admit I'm surprised.

But this is for all participants, the tokens was utility and became security:

"Both KYC/AML and Ethereum address whitelisting registration are required in order to be fully compliant with applicable regulations, and is consistent with security token functionality.
It is also required for the following:
- Withdrawing ATLANT Property Tokens to own wallet
- Benefiting from running a node on the ATLANT Network
- Continuing to participate in ATLANT bounty distribution, Dec, 2018 onwards (provided original ETH Bounty address is whitelisted)"

Ho well, I was a bit pissed at first sight but now I feel different as I get it a little better. Go Atlant!

Edit, Im adding latest Tomas' msg :
"ATL didn't become security, as per the legal opinions we have received and published, ATL is a utility token. However PTOs will be security tokens.
Thanks for your support though Smiley
if you're interested in learning more about ATLANT platform, makes sure to read our white paper"
