Why does the logo say qq123 then, and also qq123.com? That may have played into their reasoning a bit.

did you think that is reason of rejected is cause of logo !? , i will design a new one and apply again
the reason is mentioned as Rejection reason: 'This website does not meet our approval criteria.'
not specific reason !

This might be the reason: In the case of faucets and other similar micro-earnings sites - we will be looking for some sort of unique branding/design, rather than basic off-the-shelf templates such as those provided by FaucetBox etc |

You can still appeal to them if you think your website deserves to be approved. Here is the link to their Web Site Rejection Appeal form. Just fill it out and explain to them the reason why your site should not be rejected.
And a little bit of advice for you, make a space where MellowAds can show or display their ads because it looks like there is no place for them to do it on your site, particularly when it comes to the placement of banner ads.

i dont know the reason for your site rejection but one of the terms from that list that you might look at... 1.12 Traffic to the website should be organic and not generated by any sort of automated traffic generation system or service (where is your traffic coming from if this is a new site? is it bought from fake traffic services etc?) also why does you site not show any traffic on similarweb.com? https://www.similarweb.com/website/qqt23.comand did you ever have a site rejected on mellow previously? maybe you have bad account for some reason? maybe they just decided your site isnt going to give "good value to their advertisers". they are allowed to reject for any reason - see the first paragraph at the top of https://mellowads.com/websiteapproval |

" well i dont know then. but you can always make some changes and re-submit it later similarweb is equivalent to alexa - so its a bit suspicious if you have high alexa but no ranking on similarweb - people might think the alexa is fake/bought somehow |

They probably reject you because your site did not adhere their guidelines, or, because your site is a direct competitor to their own site, mellowads.com/shorturl / zap.io ( which is owned by mellowads).
Not sure if they have that as a rule/guideline, but it seems pretty logical to me.

Does MellowAds flag you if you use a competitor of theirs? That is just a thought of mine - I haven't read their T's and C's since I signed up nearly 2 years or so ago, might want to revisit them... You're lucky to have an Alexa rank that low (especially under 100K), I have a lowly 438K for my faucet rotator  . |
