There is not even a remote possibility that BTC-e will ever come online again.  All of their accounts have been frozen.  Their domain has been seized.  Even if the FBI hasn't assumed control of the wallets, you think that the fugitive btc-e admins are just going to set up their site in order to let you get your coins back?
