So I looked at okpay, seems good with the fee only 1% but there's a $15 fee for bank transfers..

So unless you're planning to get their debit card, it's probably cheaper and easier to just transfer direct from Gox.  Am I missing something?

Got the same e-mail.  I have a transaction processing.  They had already received the money so I think it should go through.  I e-mailed them back to find out if it will or not.  It sounds like no further transactions will go through but it is not clear about the one going through being completed.

As long as I wake up breathing it's all a bonus.  Sometimes not much of a bonus but still a bonus.

i've been using okpay for several weeks now without problems at gox as an alternative...

there's a withdrawal delay sometimes when gox is out of reserves, though.
wire transfer in to okpay usually also ok, sometimes takes longer of details not exactly correct. support is ok, not the fastest, but much better than gox itself Wink

referral signup link for okpay if someone feels like it

Contacted Gox support and got this reply from them:

Quote
Hello,

Thank you for the email. We can see that the Dwolla transactions are not getting processed right now. We will contact Dwolla and post an
announcement regarding this. Your patience is appreciated till then.

Thanks,

Is there a way to get money from okpay into your bank account without paying fees?  Or is there a $15 fee like it appears?

okpay withdrawals incur fees, for larger amounts the okpay/mc debit card is a better way to get funds out when wanting to purchase something...

Yeah, that doesn't really work for me, I need to get the cash to a place where I can use it to pay bills.

Almost.

The article identifies the "court orders received" as a "Seizure Warrant", which was not a part of the email.  In addition, it promises updates, hopefully at the same URL.  We'll see.

That's just where the Federal court is where they filed.

You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.

I bet we could look up the case.

I couldn't find it here, but that doesn't mean it isn't there.

The lulz in all of this being, of course,

Quote
Apr 04 00:16:02 *   dub suggests to #mtgox that they list on MPEX to raise capital for engine
Apr 04 00:16:10 <mircea_popescu>   banned in 3 2 1
Apr 04 00:16:12 <jurov>   muhaha
Apr 04 00:16:28 <dub>   <MagicalTux> dub: except that'd be illegla

MtGox thinks MPEx is illegal. MtGox thinks MtGox is legal. MP points and laughs. MtGox has its French accounts frozen, complains, is kicked out of Europe. MP points and laughs. MtGox has its US accounts frozen. MP points and laughs. Coin* thinks it "brings Wall Street to Bitcoin", half year to a year after MPEx already has. Coin* implodes in lolsuit. MP points and laughs.

Bitcoin. Backed by drama and lols.

MPEx. Failing last. Since 2011.

Got an answer to my e-mail.  They said the transaction from yesterday will go through but no more will from now on.  They did say no other customers were affected which sounds like campbx would still work.
