What difference would that make? A lot of signature campaigns are not paying in all or most the sections you mentioned anyway. In the same time, this could be unfair for some services. If you are developing a service that is for newbies for example and you want to advertise it, you will most likely want to target Beginners and help section, this is also valid for ICOs advertising in the Altcoin and Localboards sections. I'd say either disable the signatures everywhere or leave it.

Why? What's the reasoning behind those particular subs? Removing them from a few would just push the spam into other (and more important) subs which would be counter productive. If we were going to start removing them from certain sections I would vote for the main bitcoin discussion so at least people can have spam free discussion about the most important topics but I think it will be a slippery slope and people will just be continually requesting them removed from other sections and if that happens we might as well just remove signatures all together (though this is something theymos seems to be against). Personally I think we should just start getting stricter with people running the campaigns and banning them and trashing their threads instead.

Not really.Most of the  campaigns don't pay for posts in Others Board especially Meta and Off-Topic.Meta is still exclusive but no one pays for off-topic comments.

We could add more subs, no problem by me 

A lot of campaigns exclude these sections for payment, primarily because they are low impact. If we really had to take action against spamming, the admins could do a lot of other things.

You guys could tell me how much of the spammers dont get payed.
