Yes Slushes pool sent me my payout at 9am Eastern time..

it is now 3:50pm Eastern time and it has 0 conformations...

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

What I don't like bitcoins and other alt coins is  there confirmation time. It's not really applicable for mass selling and retails because it takes time to buy/sell.
