what coin? are you a dev? is not so easy to list the coin on both ....better to use other valid excahnge to start

Polenix and Bittrex are the top two exchanges.
They have the largest user base but you can easily list your coin paying a fee.

If you need a comparison, Polenix is better than Bittrex.
If you can't afford them for listing your coin, or want others, yobit and cryptopia are other options.

You have to contact them directly and see how much do they require to list your coin and within what period of time.
For bittrex I found this: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-Bittrex
