Could you clarify please? are you trying to exchange your BTC funds to Fiat from Electrum wallet, and then have it deposited into your
Paypal? If that's the case you will need to sign up with and exchange and most likely give them your personal info, followed by an ID verification process, and assuming everything clears you'll then need to deposit your funds from Electrum wallet into the exchange and then sell your coins and use the withdraw to Paypal option.

There are a few sites I know off the top of my head that do those transfers:

Yea so just follow those steps I wrote out, whichever site you choose will go into more detail as to what you need exactly to verify your account for Paypal withdrawals . The whole process itself might take a couple days.

It doesn't work like that.
First you need register on exchange to sell ur coins for FIAT currency of choice for example $, Euro etc. and then send if from exchange to your Paypal account if possible. If not first send from exchange to bank and then from bank to paypal.

The PayPal minimum withdraw on quadrigacx is $50 or 0.01475 Btc. How much are you trying to transfer over? And did you verify your account yet?

So you're sending 0.35 BTC. make sure the transaction fees are factored into the amount you want to send. Try sending a smaller amount,like 0.348

Let me know if the btc transfer from your electrum worked,and if you have any other questions after you've been verified on quadrigacx, but it should be easy after to withdraw after that assuming everything goes smoothly
