[Hiring] Open Job Vacancy/Positions in Bounty programs -Promotion and management

A Bounty Campaign is a PR and Marketing Event. where a Project hire multiple individuals to support to promote and market a Crowdsale Project and Get paid in the Specific ICO token.

if a Project Reserve thousands dollar worth of token for bounties they expect some result some outputs and some marketing exposure from the bounty program too. but nowadays most of us think that bounty is just to grab tokens at anyway.. no meter if they spam for that or do any kind of cheating to earn as much tokens as they can...


I've been thinking how to Improve bounty programs and make them more influencive for the ICO project and also Reward only the True supporters.. so for that purpose I'd need some permanent Bounty Helpers and Contributors who will be part of all Bounties and a specific amount of funds will  be paid to all of these folks..


these are some positions/vacancy I want to fill to make all my Bounties more effective and successful.


1: Global/English Thread Moderator/manager (20 spots)
  
   Description:
       The moderator/manager will be responsible to keep the English thread updated, active and also try to answer user's questions and assist them as much as he can. The responsible person will following all official sources, telegram, slack, reddit, facebook, twitter and will have to read the project's whitepaper and other documents to keep managing the English board in a good way...

2: Local Community Managers (20 Spots)

   Description:
  The Local Community Manager will Be responsible to engage his local communities, and marketing, create project's groups and chatrooms in local communities, forums, social media sites, chatting services and platforms.. the person will be responsible to help the project to get listed in various crypto related local based sites, ico calendar, ICO listing sites etc.

3: Social Media Marketing Managers: (15 Spots)

 Description:
  Social Media marketing manager should be able to promote the project in social media platforms, like facebook linkedin, reddit and other social media platforms.. sharing links to public groups. creating new groups for the project and various social media activities will be part of his work.

other than above positions we are open for any new idea, suggestions and ready to hire you if you think you can do something valuable to promote a Crowdsale Blockchain Project. support the project and want to earn some valid money.


General Terms:


1: these positions are part of bounty programs. so the payments will be covered from bounty budget. sometime we may pay upfront or weekly based payment but mostly the payments will be paid after crowdsale end and in specific token.

2: ICOs are full of risks. if some of them raise millions of dollars. than some of them can get failed in Crowdsale and some of them can turn to scam to.. interested persons must accept all these risk with the job.. I'll not be responsible for any scam or fail ICO. calling me or any of t a scammer or accusing me in that case will not be acceptable.
