Antminer L3+ setup

So I ordered one of the sept batch of the bitmain antminer l3+ I ordered the unit and the psu that goes with it from the bitmain site. I was wondering if there is any guide online that I could study or maybe you guys have any suggestions on the best mining pools or software that would give me the "best bang for my buck" I mine ETH with claymore bc I read you get the best hashrate with it I haven't mined anything else yet so maybe there is a program that you guys would suggest? Or is mining litecoin different where you don't have choices to pick from when it comes to software?

L3+ has web interface where you only need to point it to mining pool and it works.Very easy to setup just need to find good mining pool.

Yea I was more specifically asking which is the best mining pool to mine on I was looking at nicehash is that the best way to get the most profit or is there a better way to mine?

Ok cool thanks, I read somewhere that nicehash gives a better payout than prohash do you think that is true or do you get better payouts at prohash?

Oooh, I have just the guide/video for you. This is the video that got me interested in these things in the first place. I assumed it was way harder to setup, but this guy makes it look easy. Also, I think he uses some of the pools you guys are mentioning:

I am mining on NH, a buddy of mine recently switched to NH from ProHashing after seeing my NH payouts.
