Does Antminer L3+ dedicated for Litecoin only or can mine all Scrypt coins?

They lied to you.  If you got a scrypt miner you can mine any scrypt algo coin, email them back and tell them they might need to know a little more about what they are selling if they are going to hand out information about it.
