I saw a few people drunk on bicycles (and falling off them) over the years, maaan some of the best laughter attacks. 

This is why you need 4 wheels for stability instead of 2 Driving while drunk is one of my best memories in life. But I seen my friends getting in trouble or crashing when drunk driving. It really takes special person to concentrate and also not to overspeed when drunk.

Driving while high on ganja is another story. I was so scared of cops that it was possible that I could bail out from running car. This could be bad because I was the driver Also it felt strange that it is something wrong. Checked all dials and the car was running fine, but I felt like something does not work, like headlights. Also another car approached and it looked like police car. Then it morphed from police RangeRover into my friends Audi A4 in front of my eyes.

It is very very dangerous, to tell you the truth. Have tried it and i advise not to try it even once. Besides driving while drunk is illegal, you can be prosecuted for that.

Riding probably ok, but if driving then definitely not ok, not cool, in fact can become a killer, would either ruin your own life or someone else...  not a bad idea to rent a limo and being drunk the back seat
