Of course mate if people would be able to live there and mars become populated enough then surely bitcoin will be used there. The current paper currency system on earth is from centuries so it is difficult to replace fiat, but if mars will be populated then the most compatible currency system for mars would be cryptocurrency system.

According to Stephen Hawking, there are about 1000 or more planets which are similar to Earth which are habitable. Also, he said that in a few hundred years, people will need to find new planets as our planet would become inhabitable by then. If bitcoin gets to live that long, people might use that as an option towards interplanetary migration.

Actually, this is certainly possible.

We will most likely get connected via some form of way whereby we can communicate with Martians. If we can send messages, video, etc. by the internet, there is no reason we won't be able to use Bitcoin.

Billionaires will be living or travelling to Mars, so they will be able to make transactions while they are in space.

First of all chances of that happening is one in million shot. Mars is way a long journey and no fuel rocket has ability to carry the life support, lives of people and that much food into the inter stellar distance like mars and earth.
