Problem with selly.gg

it has been 3-4 months that we use the selly.gg storey to deliver offers of our returns with the work
to sells to public audience.

until today we received query message from our buyer telling as he never received the bot as completed with the payment as might requested while ordering form the selly.gg store of our membership page

then we check the website as pretending to order goods from our own store

the return was that the selly page redirect us to order page as having with those as noticing the different ETH number as one with the setting page of our membership area.

(please to sees that those with the ordering page to returns with the different on id as refreshing page with the order customs with the store)

customer message us to request bot as he completed payment and showing proofs of link above and screenshot of payment page with the different acc id as registered in our membership details as the destination id of payment.

the page on redirection of order gives with the details as different id to receives payment from buyer.
and those might be as if returning of different id on refreshing page with the order creation.

we hope we should have with confirmation about how to manage this

Did you check with selly site owner ?
Maybe they are not aware and it is a bug or their site compromised by hackers who changed the address.
There sites are really risky to use as they start with readymade scripts from the markets, even seen some running on nulled ones, which is very vulnerable in terms of security.

we  can not be sure as selly might use of different acc id to receive payment as first before to transfer through to sellers acc of coins,

as buyer of goods from store to complaint as something might happens with the transfer from his original acc as the goods never be sent to her on returns with the completed payment.

and seller waits of the longer as if the transfer are valid to goes through selly.gg id and receives to own acc that

anything happens as buyer to collects goods are not within knowledge of seller/selly user.
