Since the whole dwolla deal what is the best/cheapest way to send USD from gox to your bank account?

Shhhhh.  Bitcoin is risky, But it's sexier to expose yourself to additional risk by holding USD on MtGox.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

Buy BTC on Mt Gox, withdraw BTC to Coinbase, sell BTC for USD.

Or sell on Gox, xfer to CampBx sell BTC for USD...and withdrawl immediately to Dwolla....no 1% coinbase fee either.

Is coinbase a wallet you send btc too and selling your BTC at gox price? Is there a fee or just gox's fee? Fee to withdrawl to bank account?

Yes 1% fee and then an additional small fee on top of that.  Camp BX to Dwolla has just 0.25 USD fee.  But sometimes you can't sell for the best price so that is a factor as well.

Or sell on Gox, xfer to CampBx sell BTC for USD...and withdrawl immediately to Dwolla....no 1% coinbase fee either.

And depending on which way the market sits at that moment of time you might actually get a higher selling price on Camp BX than on Mt. Gox, probably as the result of Camp BX being the only place that those with Dwolla can still buy bitcoins, and thus willing to pay above the Mt. Gox spot rate.
