RE: Withdraw Troubleshooting due to 2FA not working

Hi there,
Do you know anything  about BitTrex  WITHDRAWAL_2FA_FAILED  error?
IS IT A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OR IT IS A BITTREX RESTRICTION to stop and or to -reduce the withdrawals for some reasons.
I have Basic Verification Done and 2FA enabled  and I can successfully log-in with the 2FA to my account,  trade and deposit, but I can not withdraw anything out of BitTrex ( the error is:  WITHDRAWAL_2FA_FAILED ).  So, I can use the 2FA to login into my account, But the same  2FA app is not working for withdrawals.
The last time I withdraw some coins was before the 1st of August 2017  and withdrawals with the same 2FA app was working OK, but not now.

So, what is the problem?
Login with 2FA OK
Depositing OK
Trading OK
But Withdrawals NOT OK
I never modified my account settings or changed my password or disabled 2fa,
and my attempt to withdraw coins was just fraction of the withdrawal limit of 3 BTC.

Here is the BitTrex   “Two-Factor Troubleshooting Tip
The typical reason for two-factor failures is that the clock on your phone has drifted. We only have a two minute window for 2 FA confirmations so if your clock has drifted beyond that, you will not be able to login. Please make sure your phone is configured to sync your time with the cellular network.”

That is all, I tested it on windows and Linux and my clock defensively is not drifted. Anyone familiar with Bittrex withdrawal?  I will appreciate you input.

since you are able to log in using your 2FA that means your 2FA and your clock on your phone has no issues, it is working well. there must be a problem with your withdrawal.

try contacting support they can check your account and tell you what the problem is: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us

they also have a topic here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=463202.0

There is a FOMO brewing...

Thank you. Problem solve.
They just do not let the people to withdraw the coins on time.

I did full verification ( so no more excuses ) and contacting the BitTrex admins and after so much time wasting, finaly the withdrawal is working normaly. It turns that they deliberately are stooping the withdrawals and making the withdrawal process difficult for the account owners and time consuming thing for the traders.
