I am a Newbie's Newbie when it comes to Bitcoins ...

I have only ever own 100 USD in BTC in my life ...

May I please kindly ask if there is an online site where I can sell Bitcoins at a Price that I set on my own ?

You could try any exchange, I've only used Kraken, you can set your desired sell price if I am not mistaken, but if it's too high, you are probably not going to sell them. Also, most exchangers have disabled deposits and withdraws for the 1st of August, it's also not advised to do any transactions at the moment.
