we are into bringing physical value into cryptoworld. The goal of Xaurum projects is to preserve and increase value. The investments must therefore be long-term, relatively safe, yield the most profit and be augmentable by speculation. Real-estate is a safe investment, especially in a touristic setting.

I miss some of the team in linked in also. But I had a chance to meet them in Logatec in Gamma office this monday all of them. I can say that project looks very promising, since Jure, Gasper, Marko and all the other guys know exactly what they are doing. Especially Marko Milenkovic... as I see picture, he is owning very succesful company since 1991 and has also experience with real estate.
Regarding gamma villas... I am not afraid who will rent it, since Gamma office will cooperate with local tourist agencies in Krk. As long as I know, there is more and more demand for luxury villas, apartments in Croatia every year since 2010 foreward...

I believe this project is one of the best that I have participate in till now.

Since I'm quite sure I understand now how this works I still have a feeling that I'm missing something.
Based on the picture above it looks like renting is related to Gamma and lets say spendings are related to Xaurum. Am I correct?

Yes this can happen, but usually there is always someone who will sell it. It's just a matter of price. If price is really high, then total amount decreases very slowly, but we are all happy anyway. Aren't we?

Yes this can happen, but usually there is always someone who will sell it. It's just a matter of price. If price is really high, then total amount decreases very slowly, but we are all happy anyway. Aren't we?

That's right, and when the all the villas will be build, they will be valued much more than 5480000€ that were put into material. You also gain by the burned XGM. Less XGM in circulation, higher the value of others...
