Does this have anything to do with Bitcoin Project Development? Seems the answer is in negative as you have mentioned etsy and amazon where bitcoin is not allowed. You should move this thread to Marketplace Service section I doubt.

Are you looking for a partner to invest money ? If so I am afraid you have to provide more information about yourself first.
If you are looking for something like this that the partner opens the shop in his/her name, collects the order and you send the products, you have to ensure that you get the payment from your partner after the good is received by the buyer and the payment is released by Etsy or Amazon.

It appears you are looking to set up accounts in countries where Amazon and Etsy is working and your account is banned from their list of countries. You should provide which country you are from and which country you want the partner from to open the accounts on behalf of you.

If possible you can elaborate your partner's role in this work. Informations like setting up account for receiving payment only or setting up a product selling account which needs a TIN number verification or what is going to be the whole process he going to go through is needed.

so you basically handle the logistic part and we will handle the shop and sales part ..but thing is who will do the marketing ?? i can open selling account or direct ecommerce site ..but thing are do your country allow paypal payment .. An most important do what to make the site using the payment bitcoin or any payment method can work ..Hope for more clarification so we can start as partnership
