Which coins could be or are better than Bitcoincash as a currency?

There are plenty of other that were designed to be fast and with scaling built in or easily integrated.

I'm thinking Dash, Digibyte...but there must be others. Are any of the m objectively better?

Why not Litecoin ? Or maybe Monero ?

I am not very good informed about this subject but it seems that those 2 are good alts.

Dashcoin or Zcash can be an option too IMO.

Bitcoin Core/Classic is about as good as it gets. It's accepted everywhere, there are Bitcoin ATMs, and people trade Alt coins for BTC when they want to sell for Cash.

The places that accept alt-coins for commerce are few and far between, and nearly all of them also accept BTC.

Yes but the fees make it a poor alternative at present
