1.第一个大于1M的块生成，此时分叉开始。
2.难度调整结束的时间点。

如果bcc只有20P的算力，出一个块大约要3天的时间，也许，明天分叉不会到来，而是在后面的几天。
想白拿bcc，把bcc充到交易所卖掉的币友，可能接下来几天都不能转bcc，要等到难度调整结束，正常出块才行，不然会堵，估计要等好久。

如果算力增大了，并且很大了，那么上面都不是问题。

BCC的第一个块要用现时BTC的难度挖的，之后的块才能用12小时少于6个块减少20%难度这个调节机制

BCC按照中本聪思想扩容，才是最佳的扩容方案，或许在未来能超过比特币也不是不可能。
