DeepOnion is a confirmed ScamIt is called 'AIRDROP' but you have to use your signature space. This is already misleading because it is a SIGNATURE DROP in reality. So this is actually a lie. Yet this is not the bad part. What is? See. TLDR: Airdrop 40 weeks, ' developer' staking(!) the premine, upcoming 'DeepSend' feature implemented to dump premine coins including the ones being printed daily by staking the premine. Study the following addresses. These addresses are the key to understanding this simple scheme: --- http://deeponion.network/richlist -- http://deeponion.network/address/DhWJMa5kGNQ5iXGNoquRZQKSmARw1DyS2Z -- http://deeponion.network/address/Dd6u3TJR6nRzutSpYbHDW88KoAyQ1BpL4j -- http://deeponion.network/address/DZUGGxKWYBKkiSGNSBx62D6ury9uYggdJC -- http://deeponion.network/address/DgpjGyycH458NsFEj3piGjRhnkUvKBR2cM -- http://deeponion.network/address/DX4qMLfAWZd1tbu15gEzsAoVxdhq6NC8sA -- http://deeponion.network/address/Dceu19YxDe1WguPWeQrmm7ckGeSmt8b85h -- http://deeponion.network/address/DWjCYg862cq3br8k4oPcipuKQyumBAU9KA -- http://deeponion.network/address/DeRGsbkqSqLT2Lhf92uN2pV2uTNYyMiduz -- http://deeponion.network/address/Dd6xwEVYpYZzsE2khrgpeHLG58fkgAm7sE -- http://deeponion.network/address/DVjbruQQDM5Zbnpi4dtkW5xxJxHBH5Geud -- http://deeponion.network/address/DVoBKxedTucADriQ1bFmHE1mQVbjUkzUiV -- http://deeponion.network/address/DXAv3dPZyU4T1tJvVp953x8STyR7338FAk -- http://deeponion.network/address/DZfB2L8mX36G2ui7F1AygsRujw2BDFVcuaWatch the transactions of DhWJMa5kGNQ5iXGNoquRZQKSmARw1DyS2Z (the biggest premine address): Here's ONE EXAMPLE PoS TRANSACTION: http://deeponion.network/tx/af6b5fe908011c71647fff0375d5d036160d884afc5a682a88e900817cefdabd17.13150684 ONION generated in one second. For comparison, a 'Bounty' or 'Reward' in DeepOnion is for example 50 ONION for producing a video (takes a couple hours). Think about it, this is slavery...! We are building his coin for free and he stakes the premine, lol. This is ongoing. Onions are being spread out from the large premine addresses to smaller addresses. We can keep track of them here. Just post and help debunk this scam. Transparency is key We are the community and this is a one man stunt that we have to stop. @crypto-rainbow Why you ignore my question?Who possesses addresses from top-10 except for the first three addresses. And why such huge sums of ONION within several days have been sent to them? If we speak about transparency and equitable initial distribution, then the community has to know to whom these addresses belong and whether they will participate in POS. It is especially important in view of possible fast emergence at the exchanges. On these 7 addresses, is 89% FROM ALL AVAILABLE AT PRESENT ONIONS, BEING IN FREE CIRCULATION.It is the huge sum. What about these addresses? http://178.62.250.234/richlistTo whom do they belong and why they have received such huge sums? 4 DgpjGyycH458NsFEj3piGjRhnkUvKBR2cM 501993.15206847 2.77 5 DX4qMLfAWZd1tbu15gEzsAoVxdhq6NC8sA 494718.16815066 2.73 6 Dceu19YxDe1WguPWeQrmm7ckGeSmt8b85h 250250.85827396 1.38 7 DWjCYg862cq3br8k4oPcipuKQyumBAU9KA 250166.40041095 1.38 8 DeRGsbkqSqLT2Lhf92uN2pV2uTNYyMiduz 246429.93717808 1.36 9 Dd6xwEVYpYZzsE2khrgpeHLG58fkgAm7sE 104726.14202738 0.58 10 DYpXPm37WoQCs3BkYWH2aX4CkwmsvsZQk3 73588.61965753 0.41 4. More and more users are concerned about potential dev dump as you can tell by the posts. Might be helpfull to add some transparency to that.
I mean, still 38 weeks to go and it will be a shit ton of work to delete every other post asking for that. In other threads, users talk about potential dumps and scam.
If you don´t answer some of the critical questions, the community will loose trust in the coin. And If you are willing to proceed the distribution and promises that have been made it´ll be a bad thing having less and less community support and if you plan to dump a weak community isn´t good either
REPLY:Some people think they have right to know which wallet belongs to who. This is why we created the DeepOnion
YES Indeed! We have a right to know what you're doing with the Premine! Right now WE the community are promoting your coin, it is not you. We are truly building your coin and your environment, it is not you. We are the lifeblood of your coin. You can't just stake the premine to begin dumping it on us as soon as we have an exchange. You must be absolutely transparent about what is happening and not delete our posts as you do on your moderated announcement thread. No way. We will fork and continue your coin if you aren't 100% transparent RIGHT NOW. Ill rather take the risk and offer my time promoting something that has potential, a community, active dev, working product than investing in an ICO's. How much money has people lost in ICO's this year? Coindash, DAO to name a few. Yes millions has been lost and that's only a few. White paper , road map nice website and give us cash to start the project.
Here non of the members invested a cent but yet we have a growing community and something actually plausible can come from it.
Why all the effort to scam? We have a block explorer, website, slack. Payout reports generated for every air drop, we only in week 3 and you guys are crying fowl.
Vote central is going live soon where members will have the opportunity to vote in what they believe which direction the project should take. Please show me another startup with such enthusiasm and growth in just three weeks.

They have been deleting my posts too.
The devs hold 30% of the total supply which they are going to dump at the first chance they get. Bitcoin members can only spend 10% of their balance. What about the devs? No such rule.
Every week they are distributing coins to x number of addresses. Out of the x addresses, the devs could create 100 addresses on their own and send it to them. I asked for a transparency report each week and nothing .
Its SCAM written all over it guys.Be carefull

They delete many comments in order to hide legitimate questions or legitimate criticism. This is THE RED FLAG in the crypto world. Now at least we have the unmoderated thread where anyone can post anything, just the way it should be and must be.

Everyone know that DeepOnion is scam but they afraid to talk ,they afraid to discuss staking premine by dev, they afraid to be excluded from airdrop.
Moderated thread + Censoring legit posts and questions + Staking premine + No transparency = Typical scammer behavior

It isn't how they paid us, or fulfilling our rights, and not about free. it isn't free at all, you joined this sig camp which don't have any guarantee about their price instead while you can join other sig camp and get paid with Bitcoin. it's about transparency. DogeMajestic really see through them. looking for facts and any possibilities, i couldn't agree more with his post, but i still want to see what will happen next. I handled 1 translation thread for this coin, so just let's see what will happen. i'm here not just to get paid, but i really want to support their idea. but if they disappoint me, i'll go with anyone who will make a fork of this coin and continue the project.

Its free for you and how do you think you are going to profit from it? Somebody from the community has to buy it for a price from you. Crypto community is already small and we all should stay together to fight scams like this. If this is not scam, then the dev can answer the difficult questions and not delete the posts.

Dev tried to answer the questions, but a few people kept shouting him down screaming SCAM. In short, there were some issues with the airdrop script for the first and second drop, some people got less coins than they should have, some got nothing. Dev paid all the differences from his part of the premine. Additionally, multiple new bounties were announced, to be paid from Dev's part of the premine. Additionally, an unplanned 41st airdrop was announced for everyone who stuck around for the entire 40 airdrops, to be paid from the Dev's part of the premine. Because of all these unplanned costs, Dev decided to stake. Which, by the way, is totally fine with me, we are still in the airdrop phase. The only thing that counts is how many coins the Dev and the community have once the airdrop is over.

Staking is just one minor issue with the coin. As the dev is holding 30% of the coin - as liquid coins without any restrictions to spend or no need to mine - he can dump all the coins as soon as the market gain some traction. This has happend before for a coin called Earth coin I heard. They kept 20% or so premine for the devs. That meant the devs had 20 million at disposal when it hit the market and all the other users are trying hard to mine the coin.Eventually the devs dumped their coins to the market, made enough money for the devs to spend on hookers and killed the coin. Do some research. Its the same thing here. In order to create scarcity of the coin, he put a restriction of only 10% coins can be traded. Why is there no such restrictions on the 30million the dev holds? Also if the dev is serious about the coin, he should publish a transparency report every week with the number of coins distributed with the bitcoin profile name. Otherwise he can create any number of wallets and pay himself a huge pat of each weekly distribution on top of the 30 million holds. These are not hard things to produce if you are serous about the project and the dev would never do such report if he is already scamming us. So think about it and then read the report by DodgeMajestic.

The transparency reports already exist, you can go to deeponion.org/report.php and see for every date how many coins were sent to which wallet. To get the airdrop, you need to have a ONION address in your public bitcointalk profile, to this is public information. I agree the reports could list usernames as well as wallets, I will suggest this to the Dev. The fact that another coin failed is not proof that this one will too. There are enough examples of coins that didn't fail. Lastly, I agree, Dev should also only be able to sell 10% of his coins, but how would you enforce that?
