This guy is a scammer.

Advertised as $25 as above.. sent $27 as OP indicated costs were higher in europe. I sent 0.0080BTC and was advised it would be ready in 24 hours I then asked for an update once 24 hours had passed. I was ignored for a day then OP messaged me and asked  me to send more money as costs had gone up, when I refused I was met with silence and haven't heard anything since. OP has received large amounts of BTC according to block chain info so I'd advise you to avoid.

Screenshots of payment and Skype conversation can be provided definitely negative trust.
