Your choices are good but you should include bitcoin in them if you want to go for long term investment, as you've mentioned above you said you are planning to keep them for 3 years. You wouldn't regret it if bitcoin was one of your coins listed.

I agree that Bitcoin should be added in the portfolio with heavier weightage.

Good choice of coin I think you made a lot of money with antshares who has a new name NEO, waves and stratis are also good for long term investment. All three are one of the best coins.

You have a point there. I think buying also is good because we know the fact that in long years it will grow. I mean in months, if you hold bitcoins, then the value will keep rising and the rest of your profit will be saved. It's a nice idea when you buy it first because as of this time many sellers are selling it and the more they sell it the more it pumps higher. Definitely we won't regret if our coin is bitcon for it has a higher value crypto currency in today's trend though others are not accepting it but soon they will realize how profitable it is. Now, that banks are being more competitive for the investors for their company.

Bitcoin may the best investation that ever exist but for some reason altcoin may have a greater profit although the risk also bigger than you're investing into bitcoin.

I'm usually buy a coin and stable, solid ( based on community feedback ) , and stable value + huge transaction volume
( ETH, Energy coin, doge would be nice )

i think its good combination listed and you can hold for more than 3 years and if you want to start now then its fine because today the price of all coins is in the low price so i think you can buy much of amount. with that €3000,- i think you can buy big amount of each coin and then you can hold it.

All the coins that you mention is good and you can trust this coins they are active for a long time in my advice much better if you study in your own to see what is the binifets of this coins before you investing its all up to you anyway dont just buy a coins that you did not study first

their blockchain forked last weekend and the same was silent, wasn't it an alert for you? in addition one of the projects is suspected as scam on their platform and moreover it has been verified (green mark) by waves' administration. so i'd recommend you to investigate it more carefully.

My advice would be to diversify your investment especially in regards to bitcoin.
So, if one coin crashes you won' t have that much of a loss in your overall portfolio.

as for my experience buying and investing into coin the advice i want to share is but those top 5 to top 10 coins in the market, i dont want you to change your mind in to your decision but in most investment you should check the dev team of that coins, make a back read on there achievement including the coins. by the way your pick are one of a hundred good coin to invest. so GOOD LUCK pal!...

Any reason why you decided to put all of your money in altcoins? If I was in your place, I would use at least 50% of that amount to purchase Bitcoins, and another 10% for Bitcoin Cash. Putting 100% in altcoin is ultra-risky.

This strategy sounds more safe than others, my vote goes with it. As altcoin although few of them not gaining much popularity than bitcoin I would say just think about your decision 10 times before doing it.

I think you have  a good start with those three coins: NEO, waves and stratis, but as others mention to maybe put some into Bitcoin as well.
Bitcoin will have some chance, since in cryptocurrency nothing is certain, to go steady or up, because there are some improvements planned etc.

Waves was my first buy for like 3 dollar and i sold those at 10 and rebought again around 5, alot of ICO's are on the Waves, NEO or ETH platform, so there is always a place for those coins i believe

You are good to go with these choices. But if I were you I would add some more coins. Try to search some more like another three coins for the 3 years of holding that you are targeting. Why don't you have some BTC as well?

Waves is rocking coin i think and you attempt good dicision to bought Waves.Waves price is hit 10$ after two or three months i think.And this coin future is very bright.SO you can try to hold long time i am sure finally you get big profit.

I think it's a lot of money sir, you have to be carefully and use your feeling very well, maybe you can invest in hero token, he is an altcoin based on banking in southeast asia whose prospect is very good, backed by venture capitalish such as softbank and alibaba
