blockchain.info - can i add a transaction fee?

i'm using blockchain.info's payment service where it forward the btcs to a final destination, however, the delay between blockchain receiving the btcs, and the forwarding is taking forever.  Is there a way to add a transaction fee to the forwarding tx to speed this up?

for example, at the time of this post:

The original receipt of the btcs happened 79 confirmations ago while the immediate forwarding still hasn't gotten a single confirmation.

Yeah this is a problem, especially with small payments. All transactions will now include a fee (paid by blockchain).
