Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Have you checked to see if the transaction was broadcast and propagated by nodes correctly? Check your Transaction ID (right click Transaction and select "Details") on various block explorers like:
https://blockchain.info
https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/
http://blockr.io/
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC
https://btc.com/

If it isn't showing on any of these... your transaction either didn't broadcast or has been dropped. Can you post the TransactionID so we can investigate?

If you need the coins back then you'll have to sweep all your keys.

However, as HCP said, there's no way we can really help without having the txid.
