I went to download the Electrum Cash wallet on a new pc and I see it is blocked by ESET!

I have no idea where you got that link from... Perhaps you are "TheBlueMatt" and trying to promote your scam? But that entire repo that you are spamming all over the board is only like 1 day old and full of errors (all the '.' characters are changed to ',' )... ElectronCash has been around for 2+ weeks...
