We're partnering with AlphaPoint, an industry leader in the digital asset sector. With this, we're working with them to bring a one of a kind exchange. The exchange itself is being created by them, and Bitmora developers are working on the app portion of the exchange. |

We do not have a BitLicense currently, and will not be operational in New York. |

As of right now, New York and Washington are not priorities. It's costs on average around $100,000 to register and get fully licensed after lawyer fees and man hours. For a startup, that money is best put elsewhere. It has also been proven that not getting Bitlicense is not detrimental to an exchange, only one major exchange actually carries it. |

Sounds interesting especially since bitfinex is refusing to serve US customers with time and most importantly in the wake of the SEC announcement. Since this is your official ANN I would appreciate more if you can put up the profiles of the entire team behind this exchange so we can be more convinced about the efforts you are putting to make the platform a success.
