Yes, now it's cheap, cheaper than ICO price several times, but now that's market condition that everything falls..

The project is certainly interesting and necessary, but I do not think that the token will be able to make x10, although going to a major exchange, launching testing and announcing a major partnership can significantly increase the price. Now the token can be purchased below the ICO price.

I think it will also depend from the situation on market. Right now we see the situation that all crypto fell, so for example if investors invested their crypto-funds they might not be in a big loss.
And depending from market it might be x10, if everything will go high as it was in December-January

But the main thing is that I agree with you that The project is certainly interesting and necessary. So let's just see when the project will be ready.

As I remember it will be able to restore access (i.e. with the help of mobile phone number)
And for another device there will be another certificate.
