Token economy
The token of BEQB is a freely extended unit of payment of internal services of beeqb which is accepted for payment by all companies registered in beeqb as means of payment of the platform. The liquidity of a token of beeqb is maintained by open community. The token of BEQB can be used in quality:
1 Monthly fee and board for uses of the internal beeqb services;
2 Payment of accounts, exposed in system, between the companies registered in beeqb;
3 The translation between b2c clients of beeqb;
4 Payments of goods and services of the beeqb companies clients in online and offline shops private clients of beeqb;
5 Payments of available number of actions of beeqb.
Proceeding from legal subtleties, the token of BEQB is "unit exchange", accepted to exchange for goods and services by other registered participants of the beeqb platform.
The fixed rate of a token of BEQB is equal 1$/token. At a stage of pre-ICO and presale-ICO the discount described above is offered. On completion of process of ICO, the token of BEQB will be placed at the public decentralized "exchanges" and the control of a course of a token will be transferred to "exchanges". The company reserves the right for the buyback procedure for the cost of ICO and holding a procedure of "the return ICO" at in advance announced course.
Possession and distribution of a token of BEQB in no way doesn't violate normative legal acts of SEC and MAS. However, "The law on the rights of the consumer" of jurisdiction of finding of the client extends to tokens of BEQB. Possession and distribution of tokens of BEQB can be compared to "miles" at airlines or points of loyalty of retail chain stores. While the company provides share repurchase of the tokens which are in a private office of the client at a "exchange" course with payment in currency of the company (US dollars).
Example: you have accepted payment for the sum of $20 by means of the payment beeqb terminal. Having received tokens into the internal account, you have the right to request share repurchase of tokens with transfer to the account registered in system.

I think the claim you make is quite large or at least ambitious. There is so much different expertise in different fields out there, that it is hard to believe how you want to unite everything within one platform and offer a competitive holistic approach. How is that going to work out?

To create a prouct we've already attracted high level experts and we'll involve experts with very high examination points. For example, to create the block "finance" we involved at least 5 international experts, 3 sale experts, 3 -marketing and so on. We sincerely believe that beeqb can be realized exclusively thanks to cooperation with the open market of the interested experts. Therefore, we invite a wide range of experts to cooperation with us. If you consider yourself the expert and you can help us to realize the best practicians in our product, we invite also you. We have created mathematical model which predicts token cost depending on the number of the registered users and the average check for the client. Is the goal to achieve just smaller fees than professional consultancies would charge? Why run this whole thing on a blockchain? |

We're creating an ecosystem for business with wide functionality, including CRM, SMM, BI, ERP, POS. In order to implement this, we invite experts and consultants who can suggest the best solutions, the best practices fulfilling these solutions. blockchain contains: money, contracts, relations with customers, suppliers, employees, telephony, authorizations customers and employees, verification of goods. Only neural network and BI Analytics don't use blockchain. |

Why we have chosen Waves? Yes, we have released beeqb token on Waves platform. Waves doesn’t have smart contracts now, and it’s a minus. Also, Waves doesn’t have cool automatic tools, and it’s also minus. However, Waves has that we need –speed and lack of restrictions on transactions. As you know, the beeqb token is, first of all it’s unit of exchange for goods and services in beeqb. Every month, BeeQB, writes off a monthly fee for use of the platform. There are no any problems when you have 1000 -10000 users. And what will be when users quantity 100 000 or 1 million. It ‘s more then possible that we’ll meet the problem of — delays or losses of payments. The system will send the request for cancellation tokens, tokens will be dept, but they may not reach the destination and the system will assume that the service is not paid, therefore, block the profile of the company or will not be handed over the goods to the end customer. Waves exclude such kind situation. Ethereum –showed us such practice. Yes, we are forced to process all payments manually. Yes, our dicision to choose Waves pushed away some investors. However, we know that in the coming year, we will not need to make the procedure of replacement tokens on the platform Ethereum on tokens on another platform. To invest in beeqb — we are very aware of what we do. |

The last several days we got a lot of same a question. One of them - we're afraid that using beeqb our fin information will be available to another. Let us to explain you that there are no any reasons to worry. In case of a public blockchain all data are stored "everywhere", but not on the beeqb servers.
In case if you need a private blockchain, all companies’ data is stored inside the on companies’ servers of the company. At the same time, data getting into system and encoded by a public key which is built in the system of user authorization.IT Doesn't matter what option of a blockchain you have chosen — public or private, your data are reliably ciphered and beeqb doesn’t have access to them. Therefore, the system protects the company and private data from copying and illegal access to them at the level of internal protocols. However, we say that having received the password or physical access to a laptop of the accountant or the director the malefactor will be given the rights of the authorized employee, but, even in this case he will not be able to copy data. He will be able only to see data. For what such difficulties? We understand that such systems attack hackers therefore we try to protect the clients from actions of ill-wishers reliably. You choose — regulate safety of the data — having passed from a public blockchain on private, or to trust in standards and algorithms beeqb and to leave the data in a public blockchain. To store data in beeqb it's safe.
