I want to send my friend in America to a Bank card dollars. Need advice. To save money for the translation, I wanted to send the bitcoins and cash them on his credit card. Tell me please how should I do that and what kind of reliable service. Thanks to all who answer.

Tried some popular exchanges like Coinbase yet?
But even it is transferred in bitcoins, there are some transaction fees during the whole process.

Is Coinbase still offering "bank" cards?

Wirex is an option, but you'd have to order the cards...then give one to your friend...then route money to it. It's a great service, the wonky logistics are just the way it has to be right now.

Here's an informational video from a Canuck on Wirex. Super easy to use. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0qAEz1ZBh8

Ask your friend to open a coinbase account and link it to his personal bank account. In that way he can easily convert the bitcoin he receives to fiat.

get your friend to get a bitpay debit card. you can then deposit bitcoins to his bitpay card bitcoin address and he can withdraw dollars via an atm or spend it. it's a visa card so it'll work everywhere.

Try to have a look at Gemini as well... but it takes quite some time (~two weeks) for the kyc process.
