I cancelled my butterfly labs order but no response?

Last sunday i cancelled my butterfly labs order but still no reply. I mailed it to office@butterflylabs.com, how long does it take for butterfly labs to respond?
Would like to get a confirmation so i know whats the status.

My email took over a week to get a reply to, I'm sure they're getting flooded with it and they didn't hire any staff to handle it.
