Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Totally not shady at all  Undecided. I think the biggest red flag here is the D3 listed @ $3690/each when they're selling-out on eBay @ $10k/each. Too good to be true = probably not legit.

The S9 not far over what bitmain sells them for. Somebody probably bought a batch and reselling them since bitmain sells out pretty quickly.  If the site had live inventory of how many were actually available
