Does anybody knows how can I use my old antminer s7 to mine alt coins like monero, zcash …?

You can't mine those coins. But, you can mine any coin with sha256 as the algorithm. Unfortunately, that miner is made to only do one thing. That's mine sha256. It doesn't have to be only Bitcoin, but it HAS to be sha256.

The Antimer s7 is made for mining the SHA-256 algorithm coins.
ASIC stands for application-specific integrated circuit, this one is specific for Bitcoin mining.
