I can call lauda as escrow, unless you do not use smart contract and you directly send the coin, then escrow is not required

The crowdsale is going to be run through Ethereum, you will recieve tokens immediately when Ether is sent to the crowdsale address. Escrow is needed if the tokens are distributed manually by the team after the crowdsale ends. In our case it is fully automated by smart contracts.
