hi guys , poloniex stole 1.83 bitcoin and a bit more 35 days ago and they dont fn care with support. It cause me major problem and it happens to a lot of you guys , so i propose this to be the official poloniex lawsuit thread , i hope ill have your support, this guys are driving me crazy , never in my life someone stole from me and i only can wait there like a dumb fish, its more then time they pay

You can't expect others to jump on board without any proof of your allegations. In the grand scheme of things, 1.83BTC isn't considered a "major" lawsuit, and your legal fees alone would cost more than that. Good luck finding a governing body to sue over at Poloniex.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you're trying to put together a class action lawsuit and get people to participate, you're going to need to find a valid law that has been broken, along with a promissory amount that is going to be compensated for the parties involved in this major lawsuit.

Where's the proof? Are they holding the funds or did they transfer them to their own pockets? What did support say? When did you contact them last? The list of questions could go on, but really all you need to do is prove it. If other people are having these same issues it's going to become very obvious very soon.

I heard many newbie here are posting about poloniex problem actually i personally use the poloniex exchange site but never experience any issue except for that i was receive someone login to my account when i disable the 2fa authentication but i use the 2fa again back..
And i think those newbie who posted some problem without any proof is just taking down the competitors ..
Maybe those people are just haters or they want to taking down poloniex..
But you can prove that they've scam your btc you should share your proof..

Yeah dude this money is really chump change when it comes down to it, think about how little money this is to a company who probably earns that in fees in  about 10 mins. Plus the only time people are going to join in on something like this is if they've also lost money, and this is probably just an issue due to the insane amount of volume at the moment-- it's not something that Poloniex is known for doing in the least as they're a reputable company in the crypto world.

Plus, like others here have mentioned I'd hope that you actually think this through as sitting down with a lawyer and drafting all of this up is going to cost more then what you lost, so I'd just try to get in contact with them. They'll answer as companies like that aren't too keen on putting their reputations on the line with small change like this (change to them)

Just prove that the money was yours and your solid.

Just be patient until you get verified and you will get your BTC. Every exchange is backlogged.

Probably because the whole market is 5x bigger. That means you need to upgrade staff 5x, hardware 5x, software... it's not overnight!!!

I've been waiting for some etc deposits for almost a months now, my support ticket is 25 days late and still no response. They're not a lot of money but it pisses me ofd that they can't handle a month old support ticket.

Doubt OP even has a lawyers thread. All that talking and no action

Update this thread when your lawyer sends them a later and upload their response.

they took money from my wallet at the time i was transiting on their exchange to make a buy, after the confirmation and without any email or 2fa autorization they took the money , and i checked on blockchain explorer and its their address . If it would have been a mistake and few days after i have news ok i understand, but now its 34 day and the loss i have cause of this , believe it or not is more then 100 k as i was moving into different icos , and those loss cause me tons of rpoblems cause im an idiot and i bet big in this world. To lose it in a bad investment i wouldnt say shit, but these asshole took it deliberitaly from my account wothout any authorization, and its not frozen they simply took it

I understand your sentiments dude. You said that your check in blockchain explorer, how can you be so sure that is their wallet address? I suggest you provide more proof so that others can understand what really happened and maybe can help you. I'm sure a lot of members trade in there (including me) however, I haven't encountered any problems so far. I guess your only option is to moved to other trading platforms and totally stay away from Poloniex because of your bad experience.

If you really gonna get your ass up and walk upto the Police Station, you will definitely get the support from the community.Just use the open scam accusations against them as a reference.
They're based in the US,even better if you're located there.

look at this   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.2320

yes ill do everything i need to do, im in canada by the way , but i need support here , i need to do a complaint with a lot of participant to be taken seriously

Count me in. They have now stolen millions of dollars from traders. On the count of not crediting Bitcoin Cash to those who had their bitcoins lended. Poloniex claims that lenders do not own the bitcoins on loan, but who does? The borrower sure as hell does not own them, since they buy altcoins with the loan (this is the only way to borrow btc). Firstly, Poloniex owns the private keys to all bitcoin accounts on their site. Secondly, if they do not credit lenders their Bitcoin Cash, then they are stealing millions of dollars. Thirdly, they did not even credit the correct amount of Bitcoin Cash to those traders whom had a bitcoin balance in their account.

This class action suit needs to happen now!!!
