I'm withdrawing all my BTC 2000$ at a time, not for fear of polo but to have things in a cold wallet during the troubles ahead.

All withdrawals have gone fine so far, the transaction is broadcast instantly and confirmed quickly.

I'm thinking of making a ticket to get tier2 accelerated though, a French member told me I could have put my birth date in the wrong format.

Poloniex, you guys are scammers, pure and simple. It's been two months and I've sent 3 tickets. I have spammed your useless trollbox mods every day until you shut it down but you are still hanging on to the SiaCoins I transferred and never showed on the wallet.

Simply put, I believe you have no support desk and you're just scamming every one of your "customers" one by one.

Let this be a warning to whomever still thinks it's a good idea to trade with these fucking thieves.

And now ETH deposit is not showing up   Well thats poloniex for you I guess.  Worst part is I didnt want to send it to polo but forgot to change my addy.  Anyways, so far in my experience poloniex always works, but its like they are run by one big potato.  I'll update when I get the ETH.

Deposite and withdraw eth to polo often getting offline but usualy it back within day. Should work now i guess.

They still didn't give answer to my support ticket. I think they use our coins for trade. I took all infos and screenshots. I will use it in every platform.

Well still no eth deposit going through...Its really weird.  I've seen a lot of shitchanges go under, coinex, cryptsy, mt gox, a bunch of smaller ones...the honest ones just closed after a hack, those that were fraudulent kept accepting deposits even though nothing was going out (cryptsy, coinex), but poloniex.....in another league alltogether.  lulwat is all I can say.

edit:  Oh I think I see the problem.  On deposit page it says 0.5 eth deposit minimum for it to show up...but i think that is incorrect.  I have done some testing with deposits and it seems the limit is a bit above 1 ETH.

Yeh, it was 1 eth before, proly they didn't actualy changed a code only a message. I got normal value eth deposite today, even with normal speed.

Someone knows why LTC market is "FROZEN" in polo ?

edit : found this article, but still not completely clear why happened, and why BTC bip91 lock in is directly connected to LTC ....

oh boy oh boy, are you in for a surprise.  Good luck though with the bitcoin withdrawal, it should go through but some people have tickets that have been opened for a looooooong time

I opened a ticket Tuesday enquiring about my level 2 verification.

I just got an answer and an action on the site : they want a better picture of me and my ID and now a placard with POLONIEX and the date. Needless to say taking that picture alone is quite the challenge ! Especially with a French ID card that is very large (not the credit card size). With a passport it would be worse.

I can definitely confirm that tickets are being worked on.

Of course it's not necessarily the same people working on KYC and other issues.

I moved all my coins to bittrex, and i suggest you to do the same!

I am a little bit scared about poloniex at the moment.
They have massive problems with there servers and the support.
I transfered all my coins some weeks ago to bittrex.
