I have some coins on a breadwallet. I have the 12 word private phrase to the wallet. How do I use this to claim my BCH?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Any supported BCH wallet which would offer BIP39 to recover the Bitcoin Cash using pass phrase?

Convert the 12 word passphrase to a private key with a tool like this https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39.
The developer got an online version but for security reasons, please download the offline standalone version.
Then import the private key to a BCH wallet, preferably a desktop wallet.
