Hi, i want to know the methods or websites how we can buy bitcoins through debit/credit cards or paypal without kyc or verification documents.

bank = verification.
question was without verification = cash or money order, this can be done only with someone you know well, otherwise you risking loosing all.

look in to local coins  - its similar to clocal craigslist, but sellers charge quite a bit of % and use cash only, so have a friend with you or you risking getting robbed.

You can't buy BTC with credit/debit card without verification. I mean you can but only very small amount.
Here you got a website listing 5 proven exchanges for buying bitcoins with your credit card. But again you'll need to verify your account.

I once bought a bitcoin with a step like this:
- buy OKpay or Perfectmoney with USD, and then
- buy Bitcoin with OKpay or Perfectmoney

A safer way would be to create a payza account and then verify the payza account, then add your bank card to the payza account then you can go in those exchange and buy bitcoins using your payza account.

Do things according to the law is always the best option.

Sorry but it is impossible to buy large amount of bitcoin with credit card, you can give your id for large amounts.

It depends on the country you are living in and the best thing to do is to search for a local trustworthy exchange where you can buy BTC easily through bank accounts. Localbitcoins.com is what I use usually and its good if you have some reputation.

Coinbase is not supported in many countries. So Cex.io is a nice option. They accept everyone worldwide.
You can verfiy your account with ID and Photo
Simple verification.
