in my opinion SLUSH... i am mining with a meezely 500MHash and i make 0.02 per day on avarage there... i tried bitminter, too... no good and gave me only about half of that per day...
for the sake of balance on the network i refuse to try btcguild or 50btc
I'll second slush's pool I really like BTCGuild as well, but people really shouldn't still be going there with how large they've gotten.

Slush is currently my favorite pool.
Ozcoin was my favorite but the pool hash rate is so low now that rounds can last days.
