yes they can...but according whitepaper the price from purchasing in app cost 4 times...thats why they should use exchange

They should not. If they need to learn to purchase form the exchange, they will waste a lot of time learning to register in the exchange, learning to do trade or learning to buy and learning to transfer tokens from here to there and this will not simplify the process for them to purchase at all. What a simple player need is one click solution.
