Wenn die Transaktion im Blockchain Explorer bereits erfasst ist, dann muss nur noch Dein Wallet aktualisieren. Links unten hast Du zwei Zahlen stehen (etwa 1218143/1218381). Die linke ist Dein aktueller Sync-Status mit der Blockchain, die rechte ist die Nr. des aktuellsten Blocks. Wenn die beiden gleich sind (z.B. 1218381/1218381), dann bist Du synchronisiert, und sämtliche Deiner Transaktionen werden in Deinem Wallet angezeigt.
Wenn Dein Wallet nicht synchronisiert, dann einfach mal neu starten, das hilft gewöhnlich schon.
Sollte das Wallet aktuell sein, aber Deine Shares dennoch nicht angezeigt werden, dann kann es helfen, den Index neu aufzubauen. Damit verschwinden sämtliche Stände und Transaktionen kurzfristig, aber keine Panik, nachdem die Neu-Indizierung durch ist, ist alles wieder da.
Grundsätzlich sind Transaktionen von Antshares (Neos) sehr schnell (vor allem im Vergleich zu manch anderer Blockchain), und wenn Dein Wallet auf Stand ist, dann siehst Du das auch ziemlich flott. Sobald die Transaktion unter
http://antcha.in/ gefunden wird, dann hat das auch nix mehr mit langsamer Börse zu tun, dann ist dort ist die Transaktion ja schon raus.
Du hast Deine Shares inzwischen sicher schon gefunden, aber vielleicht hilft es ja auch anderen mit ähnlichen Fragen weiter.
In jedem Fall: stell' sicher, daß Du deine Keys (Public+Private) gesichert hast. Entweder ausgedruckt in Papierform, oder z.B. auf einem sicheren Speicherstick, indem Du die db3-Datei dort hinkopierst. Natürlich auch das dazugehörige, selbst gewählte Passwort nicht vergessen.
Damit sind Deine Shares dann recht sicher, und Du kannst Dich in Zukunft auch weiterhin über Deine Neoshares (und natürlich die daraus generierten Neo-Coins) freuen.
If the transaction is already captured in the Blockchain Explorer, then only your wallet needs to be updated. At the bottom left you have two numbers (about 1218143/1218381). The left is your current sync status with the blockchain, the right is the number of the most recent block. If the two are the same (e.g., 1218381/1218381), then you are fully synchronized, and all of your transactions are displayed in your wallet.
If your wallet does not sync, then simply restart it, that does the trick most of the time.
If the wallet is up-to-date but your shares are not displayed, it can help rebuild the index. Then all balances and transactions disappear briefly, but no panic, after the re-indexing is through, everything will be back.
Basically, transactions from Antshares (Neos) are very fast (especially compared to some other blockchain), and if your wallet is on stand, then you'll see that pretty soon. As soon as the transaction is found at http://antcha.in/, then this has nothing to do with slow stock exchange, 'cause there the transaction is already through.
You probably have found your shares already, but maybe it can be a help to others with similar questions.
In any case: make sure you have secured your keys (public + private). Either printed in paper form, or e.g. on a secure memory stick by copying the .db3 file. And of course, do not forget your chosen password.
Then your shares are fairly safe, and you can keep enjoying your Neoshares (and of course the Neo-Coins generated from them) in the future.
