Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

But when even "mild" types of them that have lived in my neighborhood for 20 years already and are still backwards, you start to wonder about how good of an idea it is to open up the borders for masses of new ones

If you talk about stereotypes then the actions of those "few people" are usually based on general ideology of their religion. That's how the religion generate stereotypes about itself. Unfortunatelly mostly it is more that a "few people" and ther actions are supported by the other followers of their religion.

Yep, pure nonsense. I do have a religion, and I believe in it a little, but I don't really put all my feelings in that.
