Where do I find the CGminer config file?

OK, thats what I figured.  I'm assuming it has to be called cgminer.conf, does it just go in the cgminer dir?

There is an example.conf i think.
It is helpful and you can always edit it or create a new one.

Having it in the cgminer directory helps as well because you can call it without any  c:\blablabal\....\blabal\...  path.
