I have an order for an anthemer D3, a USD payment and a confirmation email it's vaguely written.
Do I pay all my fees or Bitmain?

maybe you should ask bitmain that question...

any fees are usually in addition to costs...shipping fees...taxes etc.

Never used bank transfer but i will go out on a limb and say you are sucking up any costs to wire.  Bitmain will get the full amount

You pay all. Bitmain received FULL AMOUNT
That why you got extra 7 days compare to btc/ltc only 1 hour (i know their volatility)
