seriously,i do not understand why you guys keep trading in there ?
a lot of complain we can see in this forum and only a few problem solved, from this point we can see how much is their integrity and service for every costumer.and right now they opened a new rules or terms and then they applied it immediately.
it was a good exchanger,i admit it but when it's 6 months ago or around that day.
but for now ? it's a shady, very very shady exchanger.a lot of my friend got a problem in their withdrawal process and solved in the next month or even some of them unresolved till now.

i just want to tell you guys, you can find a lot of exchanger out there.
remember about MT-GOX,if you're there back then you should understand what will happen in the near future

Poloniex used to be one of my favourite exchanges, but that time has passed, I've moved over to Bittrex and Kraken.

If it's true that they're on the verge of insolvency, it's no surprise that they're going to keep all the users' BCH for themselves.
That might keep them from going bankrupt.

Are they still delaying withdraws btw? Did anyone get their BTC out of there before August 1?

Thanks a lot for this info about the TOS changes.
Poloniex was also one of my favorite exchangers. It was the most mobile friendly exchanger and had nice features. Maybe it will survive a temporary crisis, so that it will become exchanger number one again.

Same here, it was one of my favorites too until they had a lot of issues regarding their withdrawals. If they are pulling out an exit scam, I just hope they would inform traders there which some of them are my friends to warn them. I was loyal to Poloniex at some point and I hope they would fix their problems asap too or they will loose all their clients there.

I wonder who are the ones trading BCC at bittrex and helped pump it to $1000+ then slowly selling them.

Does BCC cross to 1k$ at piece? i never noticed that the price of it climb for that far since the one I am seeing today is the price of this coin is at 377$, And I think for those Pump happen last days are due to the hype scattered around since BCC is recently been talk by many people and maybe those talks contribute to bcc's growth for a while.

I have no problem with Polo and it update so far,
the split of forking coin is the main concern that future forked coin may not be shared,... I dont know about this,
lets see if Polo would be fair

Things are really unclear. They've been having endless problems since May. Back then, it was assumed that the influx of users (from the crypto bubble) was responsible. But now, months later, many users are still complaining of withdrawals stuck for days/weeks/months. At the same time, many users claim that withdrawals are working perfectly fine.

Personally, I got out months ago. Didn't have a good feeling. Unfortunately, I got bit by the BTC-e takedown, though... Undecided

the problem is, there could be hundreds or thousands of forks, and it's impossible to expect exchanges to support every one. it seems there was enough demand from customers to force exchanges to act in this case. but it takes a lot of preparation for exchanges, and there are risks from network instability (double spends) and replay attacks.

Just don't understad what has happened to Poloniex? They used to be one of the best nad trustworthy exchangers and recently there are so many issues with their services and even scam accusations. They shouldn't allow this to happen and if they continue so they will lose all their clients. At the end the question should be asked is there any reliable exchanger that sooner or later doesn't fall into similar situation?

I don't understand Bitcoin Users or Alternative Coin holders, why do they need to save their coins in exchanges? Many people suggested that they not save their coins here because it is not safe. Keep your coins into a wallet where you can hold it's private key.
