Hi all
One of the most bad things in bitcoinstalk is scammers

I try to use services to get best escrow
Now i want to share my best ecrow experince

It is bitify

It is fast , only need small feeds ,have spport team will refund you if they find scammer , safe and more

I think that using a escrow right here in bitcointalk is safe enough.
Escrow was always the solution, people just ignore the warnings and try to deal directly with the seller and get themselves scammed.
Also ignore the red trust from scammers and choose to deal with them.
Then come here and say that bitcointalk is full of scammers.

Bitify is worst as escrow, from the seller point of view. The buyer can literally not release the btc till a MONTH time if he/she wants, and in a month time btc price can go from 2k usd to 200 usd (theoretically) and make the seller face huge loss. Escrow is meant to protect from scammers and both buyer and seller can be scammer. It's not necessary that a seller would be scammer always, this forum has its fair share of scammer-buyers too.

Basically some well regarded escrow providers from this bitcointalk forum is enough in almost all cases, no need to look further outside. Just my 2 cents.

Agreed. However, as a note, if this was a normal post, there's no need to go and find an escrow online through other sites. Bitcointalk has forum escrows that are well established. It might take a little time to get in contact with them, but it sure is worth it, as you are dealing with a true human being on the other side of the screen. Just deal with caution and treat every deal with respect and caution.

There are threads regarding Escrows here and the majority of them are very solid. When you deal with someone here, always use escrow and do not use reversible payment methods like Paypal. Check the trust of the person who is the seller is the second point and if you see that his trust is fair enough you can then contact both seller and escrow and usually when a transaction is done in such way it ends up well for both parties.

You are right scammers are so totally using bitcointalk to scam those innocent people. I guess to have legit transaction you better have escrow like other posted, having escrow will lessen a scammer’s transaction, just choose a good escrow around here there’s a lot of trusted people around here.
I guess the site is good and also trusted by many people around.

It's not hard to think who will go first on the deal. I think the bitcointalk escrows are the best bet, because they know how the forum works and answer quickly.
Of course if a newbie sends you "plz send first to addy xxx i pay after u send coins sir" etc. You will with using your brain see that this is a scam (or the person thinks that you can request the item u bought without trust).

Bitify might be a good escrow service but posting your referral links in the OP might get your post deleted by a moderator. You can use your signature to promote your bitify referral but not in your OP.

That is the buyers fault for buying reversible goods from a person that does not have trust or is new to the forum. You'll survive out of such deals with common sense, there will be no problem if you buy from trusted person that has been doing it for a long time. As simple as that.

This looks good but do they escrow for IRL items? Most of the items listed are digital goods and I didn't login yet, maybe put more information in the thread so others don't have to open the site to check what bitify is and how it works.

You can contact some person in DT e.g Lauda, Yahoo (as of now, they are the one I saw who is active in doing escrow). But there are cases that sometimes those people in DT are busy elsewhere, in here you can hired a service based on communities preferences. What I mean here is, you will make a thread that will state what will be the deal and wait for response about who is interested. Is this prone to scam? Chances are low because it will be a public trial and community can see it publicly.

Well in that case you only deal on small amounts and such. For example these are things to look at while doing a deal:

• User has a good post quality, and is a long time member on the forum.
• Has trade history and no negative trust

For example even if some Hero Member had a good post quality, even with a 0 trades i would take my chance even with reversible goods if we are talking about amounts like 10-20$.
Only a dumb ass would dump a great account for such a sum, but some people are stupid enough to actually deal with reversible goods with brand new accounts that have a horrible post quality, and no one would even pay 1 satoshi for them.
Sadly some people do not have common sense.

Hero accounts with decent post quality cost way more than 10-20$.
This is why you have staked addresses as well, and demand a signed message from the staked address if you think that the account could be bought.
Simple as that.

Personally, in this crypto world I have trust issues with having website holding funds for me even localbitcoin is not where I would trust, I would rather find individuals who moral values are the much more valuable to then than peanuts to act as escrow whether here or anywhere else rather than keeping it on a site and not knowing the man behind curtain calling the shots on my money.

If you look closely in Services section then you wil find a guy named Monbux who is offering escrow service. You can ask anything from him if you have got some doubts over escrow thing.

Yes, I quite agree with concerning this forum having some trusted escrows service provider but I don't agree when you said it might take some time to get in contact with them while they can be easily in the service section area.

That's pretty easy. Let the buyer or seller know you're using an escrow for the goods or services and make sure you and the seller or buyer reach an agree concerning the payment/deal. After that look for an escrow provider with a green trust account in the service area or thru this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 and keep the escrow provide post how the whole thing is. The escrow provide keep the money and send it to the seller of the goods after you confirm the package delivery.
NOTE : most escrow provider collect fee.

There are escrow websites out there that give you the same sense of security and allow people with trust to pocket a small percentage. Websites like bitrated work just fine. There were some others before but they seem to have disappeared. Do your research.
