[ANN] I will work for one altcoin a day!!!

I'm a programmer, I work for one altcoin days, but I have a few conditions:

1. The cost of producing the coins should be equal to 1000 kWh (or more) for the most efficient engine.
2. Cost of production of these coins should be stable in the future.
3. I would like to know who is a contractor and is he a trustworthy person?

Simple, but is it possible?
